Whats In The Box

Heres a checklist with what should be inside and what it is your looking at:

2 x Impression Trays - 1x Top 1x Bottom. The tray that looks more like a U shape, is for your bottom.

______

2 x Base

2 x Catalyst

1 of each, Base + Catalyst, for each tray.

Don't worry if you mess up, thats why we packed some spare.

2 x Spare Base

2 x Spare Catalyst

Enough for a retry on both trays.

______

2 x Lightbody (White & Blue Syringe)

4 x Tips

Again, you wont need it all, half of the set is really spare material.

Anything spare, you are welcome to keep, you'd have no use for it but hey, not for us to judge, or pop back in the box and send it back to us to worry about.

How To Take An Impression (Quick Edition)

Written Instructions

Step 1

1 x Base + 1 x Catalyst and mix it together as quickly as possible roughly for about 20 seconds trying to make sure to mix as much together so there is no more white putty left and the mixture is mostly/entirely blue.

Any longer and the putty mixture will begin to set and won't be usable.

Step 2

Roll the blue putty mixture together and form a sausage shape and lay it into the tray

Step 3

DO NOT BITE into the putty.

Place the tray centred in your mouth and PUSH the tray as much as you can into your teeth.

Step 4

Let the putty set for about 1 minute 30 seconds. You should feel it firm at this point which is a safe indication you can take it out.

Step 5

Use the Lightbody ( Blue & White Syringe) and attach the tips to them.

Place some lightbody in each tooth pocket, about the size of a pea and then along the gum across the whole.

Step 6

Place the tray back into position and give it another firm push back into place and hold it for about 2 minutes. It will feel way more gripped and in place so it might feel like more of a struggle to get out. But once its out, then your all done.

Things You Should Know

Clean Your Calculous

Plaque build up is normal, however this build up will also make sure that your grills won't fit the same.

Being able to get your teeth cleaned by your dentist before getting your impression done will ensure your grills fit to the true form and shape of your tooth.

No Perms

Unfortunately, we do not and can not offer permanent grills.

We can create any design and idea you want, but we can not fit permanent grills.

Return Policy

Your mould kit has arrived! Great!!

Try to keep it intact!
You'll end up reusing it to return your mould to us, we are all about recycling so we don't like waste.

Your return label will cover the same dimensions of this size, (W24 x L17 x D3 cm), if you use a different packaging, that is also fine, but more changes to the overall shape and size of the parcel compared to the original specs, the more likely there will be extra courier chargers added to compensate and depending on the amount, we may need to add it to your total balance.

Processing Return Shipping //

Now your impression is all done, simply pop it back into the white box, you can get rid of the plastic tray if that helps, and pack it back into the bigger brown parcel. Once we have confirmed a new date and location for the courier to collect the parcel off you, you will receive your shipping labels and further instructions via E-mail.
