Can I Get A Quote?

For you to get the most accurate pricing for what you want, we need you to be able to meet us in the middle and breakdown what it is you are looking for.

We aim to response as soon as we receive them, but because its been quiet a popular service, the quote demands are currently high, so please allow a couple of days for a response to come back to you. If you have by chance filled out an form and have't heard anything back yet, you are always welcome to give us a call or drop us an Email/DM and ask for any updates. 

What Is The Expected Time For The Job To Be Completed?

All work produced is subject to its own turnaround time, commonly 2 – 4weeks.
For custom commissions vary in production time, reflecting the complexity of the work. (Queue jump service is available at an additional cost.)

International

Payment

We require a full payment or 50% deposit of the total amount to begin any work, the remaining 50% will then be taken after the work is completed. *This is compulsory for all orders, No work will commence until at least 50% of the total payment is made, including impressions only appointments*

Collections 

For fitting purposes, we recommend in-person collections. We ensure the set fits properly before you leave our facility. Complete orders are kept up to 4 weeks only, Unclaimed & unpaid orders will result in repossession after the 4th week.

Maybe you're going on holiday or got a performance coming up. In this case, our next step would be to discuss what specific date you have in mind.

By opting for Express Services, you'll jump the queue of all the jobs that come flooding through our doors and ensure we will prioritise your piece ahead of it all and get it done, ready for you chosen date.

Dental Disorders(s)

We do not recommend that customers with any dental disorders make a purchase without consent from their dentist first. However, all customers are entitled to make a purchase at their own risk.

I May Have Flat Teeth &/Or Looking to get Canines/Fangs/Gapfillers

Due to the nature of our work, if you are ordering fangs or have flat teeth, please be advised that fits will vary, and you may require additional support from the in house team to poligrip. Gap-fillers are intricate and small, meaning they are easy to misplace, they require extra care once purchased.

Fine Gold, Fine Warning

All customers are warned to refrain from smoking, drinking & eating with cap(s) in to avoid stains and discolouring of the metal and rare cases swallowing of caps.

Sterling Silver (925)

All pieces made in 925 Silver are considered ‘costume jewellery’ if you have any plans on wearing it frequently, we strongly recommend upgrading to Gold.

Repairs

Made to order products with manufacturing issues, can be repaired and restored after a thorough assessment. *Additional repairs are processed at a fee*

Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, all sales are final and agreed upon with a signature.
